Memories from my childhood. The sheep "Aslaug" was the oldest of five sheep and the leader of the flock.She led them into succulent pastures in the mountains and when the autumn set in she came proudly home with the entired herd.We could clearly see her joy as she stood at the gate to bleated.It was like she wanted to say,:Here we are.

Oh Pelle, this is just so lovely and your word art makes ME smile...you certainly have a way with words...have you ever thought of writing? Your journalling would be a wonderful inclusion on your page! We bought on old property that has several old barns on it and this reminds me so much of our place....one stunning page!

Fantastic memory page, I love it and your story. I can see and hear her, sheep are so cute with their actions, Shiann raised sheep for 4-H when in school. My favorite Reba (after Reba McEntire) would stand on a dirt hill and stomp her foot. She followed us around like a big dog and if we were eating snacks she wouldn't leave us alone until we shared. I have a photo of her and Shiann sharing a chip
