About this scrapbook page: |
I've been trying to do a page with this photo for the past week. I've had 3 attempts at it...in fact I deleted the first scrapbook that I posted to scrapbook flair. I think I'm happy with this one! No-one in the family knew that my Great Grandfather was in the poorhouse in 1871 so it was all a bit of a shock. But I'm so proud of him for not letting it stop him from becoming one of the first public health inspectors in Edinburgh.
