For my sister, Betty (granny b), who has a birthday on the 2nd of February. Her birthday is also Groundhog's Day. The closest thing I could find to groundhogs in my kits were these hedgehogs. They are coming to the picnic to celebrate with her and with Kayla. Happy Birthday, Dear Sis.

Frances that is so cute and creative. You and Grace have made me feel so special today. For some reason this birthday is hard on me with mom being gone. Isn't that silly, this is my 3rd without her. I miss her alot today. Love you. Wish you and Bonnie and Nancy were here to celebrate with me. And I wish Nancy wasn't sick.

This morning, the sky takes the color of lead; it was stained by dark masses. Eddies of garish crows. The colors were not pleasant and had nothing to do with golden fields of Van Gogh, overflown by the crows. The vibrant colors, balanced, I found them in your gallery. Your pages brighten up my day and make me forget the black clouds that ride all day. I think we have a winter in black and white.
