this photo is of the workers at austins jam factory kingston upon thames c1912. my great grandfather is on the 2nd to back row, 5th from the left in white.
i played with the kit colours and embossed it. chose the art nouveau theme because of the date.

This is so interesting because I just acquired a similar photograph of one of my ancestors amongst a bunch of other workers in a 1932 photographs of IBM employees! Great job!
