memories of a wonderful holiday in new zealand.
te wairoa buried village, auckland sky tower, wai-o-tapu thermal village (bubbling mud, geysers, thermal pools with coloured deposits - the orange one is called the rainbow pool)
the black swans are common in nz - white swans are rare. the final photo is at howick historic village (reconstruction of a settlers village)
the kids enjoyed a caving trip at waitomo (we stayed above ground and drank coffee....)
