This is my son, Nathan. He has Asperger's Syndrome, which is a form of Autism. He was diagnosed about 7 years ago and we have had so many ups and downs ever since then. One day he functions as though nothing is wrong with him and then there are the days when he refuses to function at all. Nathan was on medication for a while, but became allergic to every one we have tried, so we gave up on the med part and are working solely on our own to help him with his socializing skills.
