This is the update on my children page for this challenge. Thanks everyone for you tips and suggestions. My husband loves to play around with Paint Shop Pro and had fun taking the background out.

I love how you cut the picture out. Maybe a softer background? That blue takes over the page. The shoe embelishment is fantastic!

I LOVE how you cut out the picture. I don’t think it needs the frame around it, so can stand alone on the page. If you like the look of frames, maybe add a page frame. Love the journaling you added, but yes, since it doesn’t go together, maybe scatter each phrase around the page so their their own entity (the tags was a good idea). What a cute little girl. Good job capturing that moment in time.

much better... personally I'd either put the 1st 2 parts of the journaling or just the last... it doesn't totally flow for me. you could then put it on a tag or in a frame
