Playing around on PSE 6, created the background by layering different colors and sizes of crop shape 4. Entered into What makes you say WOW 2 challenge. Things that make me say WOW are creativity, beauty, and a page that shows the thought and work put into it!!! Hope you like this creation, I enjoyed making it! Wendy

Foreground is a picture found on Google, HMS Bellona on blockade duty off brest, BY Geoff Hunt . I decreased it's visibility and added the sea gulls taken from google.
