This is "Skyline Reflections", a massive hanging sculpture in the Atrium of the ms Nieuw Amsterdam cruise ship. Actually, this is just the top half; the sculpture itself has its own reflection as the bottom half. It's gorgeous and changes color as it rotates in the Atrium.
