Done for the Chelsea's Springtime Challenge. This silly little fish has swum right up and is blowing water on litte Chelsea. He is such a tease...lol

Background by Kitty Scrap from her Marisgivre kit, also the fish from this same kit. Sand by Cali Design (stretched and shortened a few copies to get the look and shape I wanted) Sandcastle, palm tree, water splashes, leaves, lizard, flowers, sparkles, sun,rainbow, ocean water and starfish from Sun Sea & Beach and Summer at the Shore by Digicats
