Just wretched...and WHY didn't the school teachers (they admittingly say they NOTICED the neglect)get prosecuted for harboring information that could have leaded to an arrest to stop this MONSTER!
In my opinion, ANYONE (including the social services staff that slack) that turns cheeck to the neglect or abuse is equally GUILTY of the SAME Crime and should be punished in the same manner........
