Done for the Frozen Waterfalls Challenge. These are Japanese Macaques, more commonly known as Snow Monkeys, from JigoKudani Yaenkaen Park in the Nagano region of Japan. They are very social and fun-loving animals often seen sliding on the ice and rolling snowballs for fun. They keep warm by bathing in the hot spa waters but the best spots and the length of time they are allowed to bathe depends upon their ranking in the social hierarchy of the troop.
