I LOVE how you put the "&" in the frame! I think Suetta hit the nail on the head with her comments. Given the expression on the face of the wee one in the left pic, perhaps a caption is in order? Focus on the pics, not the embellishments. Sometimes less is more. ;)

I agree with Suetta---these are precious pictures! I would make them the center focus of the page. Something you could try would be to make the frame go diagonally opposite of your title. Also, I would add a tag with information on the sweet event! Thanks for entering the challenge!
