I made this scrapbook as part of a present to my partner for his birthday, which is Feb 15 (just missed Valentine's day). Mitzvahs are good deeds or sanctified acts. My partner Zelig strives to do as many mitzvahs as possible. Submitted to LOTS OF HEARTS challenge -- please vote.
