I made this for the Photo background challenge..

background photo by me.. used a Water reflection to distort the bottom of the photo
Bubbles by Wee Faerie from the Sun days Kit
added additional photos into the bubbles to create the bubble effect, then lowered the transperancy of the photo layers
French Singal MJ font
