Manipulated a free wallpaper image, changing it to a night scene and adding clouds, rain, a rainbow in the sky reflecting on the waters, and an image of girl extracted from a painting made by a Japanese painter named Lin. Layout, layer effects and blending done with Photoshop CS with the help of obsidiandawn (clouds, rain) and azureluck (star) brushes.
