Metallic effects Help please!

I keep seeing wonderful frames that have been created with "metallic" effect frames. Do any of you know how to create one in PSP X, or do I need a "plug in" If so has anyone got any recomendations, that done#t cost too much? (free for preference...)

You can also try playing around with the inner bevel feature......I've gotten some pretty cool metalics from that....the downside, of course :), is you'll have great metalic inner bevels :)
