About this scrapbook page:
This was fairly straight forward. I used Photoshop shapes and metalic gradients to create the sissors. for the heart shap buttons I use the heart shape on two layer (one bigger than the other) embossed the top heart, then used the eliptical marquee tool to cut out the holes. then added a poka dot pattern.
