In Australia ANZAC day is our main remeberance day for those people killed at War. April 25th, is the day in 1915 that Australian & New Zealand troups landed at Galipolli, Turkey. Now many Australians travel to Turkey just to be at Galipolli on this day.

My pictures, main pic is in Kings Park, overlooking Perth (state capital) and the two smaller pic are from Albany, the last place in Australia that many of the soldiers saw before going in ships to war.
