Yep, Along Came David. A recurring theme in my mom's life, she was way ahead of her time. Not only did she have a baby out of wedlock publicly in 1953, but she kept him and raised him too.
Unfortunately, I think the secret probably ruined my brother's life but he never took his chance to make it better before Mom passed away. Missed opportunities.
