PARROTS AND WHITE FLOWERS
What's the relationship between parrots and white flowers? Absolutely nothing, except that I'd love to see them in a page. You may include macaws, lorikeets, any kind or number of birds that belong to the psittaciformes or psittacines order- this includes psittacidae (true parrots) and the cacatuidae (cockatoos). You may use any flower that is predominantly white - calla lilly, lily of the valley, jasmine; white roses, orchids, daisies. You may put anything else that you like in your page, except other kinds of birds and colored flowers. Check the challenge requirements for the 4 simple rules.
Challenge Requirements:
1) Only birds that belong to the parrot or cockatoo family and flowers that are predominantly white -- no other kind of bird or flower can be shown at all.
2) In your scrap or page description, put the kind of birds or flowers you showed, what are they called? You don't have to put the scientific names, just their common or popular names. If it's a cockatoo, what kind? For example, I have an umbrella cockatoo. I had a blue-nape Philippine parrot. Snug has a Senegal parrot named Larry.
3) Photos of the birds and flowers should be in color, NOT black & white.
4) New pages only starting from the challenge start date.
Non-conforming pages will be removed before the voting starts.
