I had to pick my COC before I go offline so I'm sorry if there'd be last minute entries I won't be able to consider. The chosen photos/images and how they were scrapped to show why parrots are such special birds were my criteria for choosing:

1st COC: IMFORGVEN's Cockatoos & Orchids - such a beautiful display of a variety of cockatoos;

2nd COC: SCRAP 4 LUV's Parrots and White Flowers which wonderfully showed the bird's personality and loving bond with its owner;

3rd COC: SCOTS YIN's Blue Parrots so romantically and sweetly scrapped that the birds looked like a human couple.

I have so many other favorites in this scrap, thank you all for the pleasure as I really so love parrots.
