OUT OF BOUNDS - 2018
This is one of my favourite scrapbooking techniques. An OOB is using JUST ONE PHOTO and extending part of it out of a frame. See example on my home page.
Challenge Requirements:
1. New pages only which must be uploaded after start of challenge.
2. You may use personal photos only.
3. There can be only one winner, anyone with more than 1 winning page, the page(s) with lower scores will be removed after the voting ends. Voting will end one day early so I can chose my COC.
