This page was also made in PhotoShop CS2. The photo was made with the find edges filter on a duplicate page & the opacity set at 77% to show a little color through from the original layer. The font is Mickey which was downloaded a long time ago at a website that is no longer online. The ribbon was made by warping a thin strip of dark blue with a pattern effect added.
