Made just for fun. I knew when I found this picture on Deviant Art that I had to scrap it so this was just me playing around again with my new PSE7. I changed the color a bit, created the couple star burst sparkles, and added I can't tell you how many filters to it to get this effect. Hopefully someone will find it interesting...if not I do at least. :-)
