I believed I am a healthy person and took my health for granted, so I didn't do any special exercise or had a healthy diet until recently my doctor told me that I have a high blood pressure. I should do exercise regularly and should have less time for TV and computer. I'm trying but it's hard not to do the digital scrapping.. *sigh* This is my photo when I'm still 30 (more than 10 years ago) Entered in 'Photo to sketch effect' challenge
