I want to thank Kate for allowing me to learn something new. I made my first rain brush!!! Yay!!!

This was my first attempt at this, so just hope it looks like rain, if not pretend it is...LOL

My new fav Painter, Leonid Afremov, titled Night Rain
Texture Added
Then my first new brush, I named Raindrop, It was just one drop, so in the above I had to use it repeatedly to fill up the page.
Then set to Vivid Light, Opacity 80%
