Wow, the poem is a heart choker and I love the photo of your Dad. You are so right about Alzheimer's - our Uncle had it and when he died our cousin said she felt like he'd died before then - he didn't recognise them really anymore. So sad, but I can feel your love in the page, which is beautifully done. He would be very proud of you, as would your Mam.
