I started off with the pink landscape water colour. Resized it to 8" x 8".
I created the 1st stage of the tessellation by choosing the 'Seamless Texture Maker' tool which can be found under the effects/Distort tab. I repeated this until I achieved the background above.
Next I layered 6 sunflower extractions evenly over the background & repeated the seamless texture maker. Lastly added 4 butterflies & repeated the texture maker until I was happy.

I created the border by using the 'Extended Border' tool also found under Effects/Distort. I adjusted it to the thickness I wanted.
