i wished i knew how to erase a portion of an added filter. i wanted to eliminate the dots around his mouth but didn't know how....i posted it none the less.

I love the effects you have used here. You can erase a portion of the effects by duplicating your layer before you add the effect ... then you erase on the top layer and the bottom layer comes through without the effect.
