About this scrapbook page:
When Stephen was about 10 months old, he watched the movie pinocchio, and when that scene came on where pinocchio was searching underwater for his father.. and he kept saying "father" over and over, stephen got a little obsessed with that scene, and he started rolling his tongue and saying father over and over to mock it. And after that, everytime he was really happy, he would roll his tongue and make the face you see in this picture :)
the photographer thought he was nuts, lol.
