This is done with a kit called Once upon a Pond by Lyle Duncan. There are few elements in here that are others. the twine is by Nina from Affair of the Heart, the buttons are from TCO's Poppy Kit, and the name plate I think is from lizandherbabes and the dragon flies are from oriental oddesy.
