Happy New Year to All...I wish everyone all the very best in 2011 and I wish you every success with your New Year's Resolutions...I traditionally never make resolutions, because I know I never keep them LOL - however I do need to lose a some weight and hopefully come kayaking season that will happen

The image of kayaker, sadly to say, is not me but a download from the internet and edited with topaz and akvis sketch. The name of kayak added on. The fat feet on the scale, while they may look like mine, are also a download as well. Kit is from CinziaL Thankful for you from Oscraps - page is less blurry enlarged

Dark Chocolate is good for you, I hear...Looking into my box of chocolates. I eat one or really two a day. Love the carmels! Tempting you...but as Brenda said there is sugar free!!!
