I agree with the confused newcomer: when I comment I always give points but I don't always state points were given. I speed vote challenge points A LOT and without comments so many will never know I gave CPts,but that is OK with me as I know what I did. Personally I would like if entered in a challenge you should give every person some challenge points as a courtesy to co-scrppers. my 2cents worth
