| About this scrapbook page: |
The small town in our neighbourhood is going down the drain. Small children families and the elderly are feeling unsafe. The bigger towns are devouring the small businesses and same applies for the schools. No one likes to invest in a Ghost Town. I dislike this centralisation development.
