I gave blood for the first time today. It has given me a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that I'll help someone when they need it the most. I wanted to raise a bit more awareness about how important it is to give this gift of life, and hopefully encourage some of you to get the warm fuzzy feeling for yourself.

very good inspiration i did it several times for a friend that finally died but i now take too many medicines for hyper tension and other that i think i cant do it anymore but very good ^page and suggestion for every one cath
