For the Scrapbook Techniques - Raised challenge. Thanks to Neeltje for her instructions and pages along with Lady n Red's pages for inspiration, I think I figured this out. BUT I may not have done this right as I also enlarged my raised portion ...if this is wrong PLEASE let me know! So much fun to learn something new!!!
