I designed this with PSE 5.0 using 14 different brushes and 30 layers. All the grass, flowers, clouds, writing, and stitching were from brushes.

The paper was created using different filters from PSE 5.0. The frame around the B was also created with filters and drop shadows.
I used brushes from Ossidian Dawn, atomica and scrappers guide.
