We all experience heartbreak at some time in our lives. Some may recognise the feelings expressed in these words. I wrote this poem many years ago. It is one of many which are gathering dust on a shelf.

I am sending this poem to my daughter who is going thru that heartache right now in her marriage and she just can't let go.....she can't move on!!!! thank you for this poem as the words express what I have been trying to tell her. Maybe the words of your poem will get through to her. xx
