I had the hardest time trying to figure out how to do this page. No, we did not actually have a flood, but we did have torrential rains, which filled up the hole dug for the basement. My brothers and I were down in the basement from 10 pm to 1:30 am trying to fish the water out of the sump pump with a cup so it didn't flood. Mom and Dad went out in the pouring rain to try and dig a trench to divert the water. Nothing really terrible happened, it was just a very tense couple of hours.
