Made this for the "Recipes for my Ice Cream Maker" challenge. PLus it's one of my favortie recipes from my mom. It's simple but good. I have one of those ice cream makers that you freeze in the freezer and then get it put the ingreadients in and it makes it in 20 minutes. Works everytime.

Great page and LO, looks delicious, I love ice cream but have not made any in a long time. Rum & Raisin is quite nice but vanilla is my all time favourite x
