About this scrapbook page: |
This is my husbands maternal grandfather. Journaling reads: When Lemuel Lilly was in France during the battle of Soissons. He recieved a Gunshot wound to the left elbow on July 19, 1918. He was discharged fro the camp hospital 27 AEF on July 25, 1918. Less than a year later while in France he was taken to the Evac Hospital #4 February 19, 1919 with Spanish Influenza He was Discharged from the hospital March 14, 1919. In September of that year he was discharged from the war.
