Read about the Villa Montezuma on-line...it's an incredibly beautiful, if somewhat creepy home (now museum) built for an talented pianist who claimed that he his talent was from old masters. He was a spiritualist...etc and supposedly not only his ghost haunts this home, but the ghost of the last inhabitant who died in the home.

We heard stories about the home, and have been inside the home once, and outside of it recently. Both visits have caused some "upsetting" moments.
