For The Nearly Newcomors Challenge.
Rock Garden in Chandigarh, India is a man-made Amphitheater-amusement park. Created by Nek Chand out of Scrap. Including, ceramic tiles, Bottles, Toilet seats, Glass Bangles and what not!! the people that u see in the picture are all made using glass bangles. The Arena is Cement with tiles/toilet seats. The background that i used is actually a close-up of a wall of the arena..made from glass bottles!
