I'm sure we crossed paths somewhere there. Healing comes slow but it brings with it new gifts. They help to ease. Hold on to good memories and challenge your emotions. You rise above it all in the end. Words from your heart and mine. Love and Light!

First time I saw this page I was stunned, didn't know what to think let alone what to say. I still don't know how can anyone who is sane enough leave such a beautiful woman and such a wonderful person as you are. I still don't know what to say, so I'll shut up. I just want to be here.

Nayyan, my dear friend, I pray that you will be held up, strengthened and comforted during this time. You are a beautiful person, and it is impossible to understand why some things happen. You are precious, and valuable, and worthy, so please don't lose sight of those things. God bless you!

Hugs from the heart,
Jeanette

It's so hard to find glimmers of light in all the gloom, isn't it? Thanks for sharing such a personal part of yourself. I hope your glimmers get more visible soon. A loving hug, Terri.

nayyan, i can relate completely, going thru the same thing since august at times sinking to the lowest lows feeling so weak. sbf friends have helped me as i just open up to realtime friends. hang on to that faith, the flicker of light and hope within, no matter how slow and little and go from day to day - hopefully the faith and hope will prove bigger than our shells. love you - kate
