First, you have made a really beautiful page... Second.... I don't like to fly AT ALL and I suffer from panic attacks... but I WOULD go to USA - so I did... got a panic attack on the plane but survived.. it's hard - very hard... but with a good doctor who will give you some pills to calm down your dream can come true. I got them for my second vacation to USA and there were NO problems. Good luck.
