I did this for the All About Berries Challenge. One of my favorite recipes. Sometimes I omit chicken and use whatever fruit and nuts I have on hand and serve as a side with grilled meat. Very simple and delicious. Make dressing ahead or use bottled dressing for a really quick salad. Enjoy!!
