I just new I had to do this page with craftmaster's (Jennifer) awesome bluekit! wow..what a match for Carson when he was a mere 18 mos (sorry had to cut off his long curls, haven't figured out yet how to keep hair in a photo and cut away the rest???) anyway, this is soooooooo FUNNY he drank his First sour lemonade! >>>Nothing but New>>>Something Funny Challenges<<< ~Thank you for voting on this page in the Challenges, too! :)

This is so wonderful. If you have Adobe PhotoShop, you can extract Carson from the background using the magnetic lasso. Once the area to keep is selected, select inverse and then delete. Or once the area is highlighted, drag to a new page with no background.

Beautiful layout, great cutout. I hear you about the hair and cutouts. If you are using masks (which don't actually erase the underlying photo), then what I do (not that successfully mind you! :-) ) is use a small soft airbrush and try to follow the curls. Not sure how it works, my guy has a little tuft and I extracted it that way in this layout: http://www.scrapbookflair.com/HB/Lick_the_Bowl
