For the Water color Art challenge, this page just evolved, I did not have any plan, just loved what the image looked like after I used the Topaz filter. thanks for all your marvelous comments and votes, Hugs Simone

The image is from Ekalablog and I cropped it, and used the Topaz water color sketch filter. BG is by CN_CollabMaxime all the elements except the car are by Ptitesouris. The car is by G&T
