Photo my own (Haley) Background and all elements (except frog) from Nuit de Mer by Nanly Designs, the frog is from Super Frog by Nanly Designs. Created in PSE8, blended and layers with dry brushing and spotlighting, then softening and ink sketch done in paint.net
